IMPACT Administrators' Toolkit
Men As Peacemakers
A 6-step guide to saftey & gender equity in sports.
This toolkit includes resources for Executive Directors, Club Presidents, Coaching Directors or other leaders of community athletic organizations. The resources included will teach your coaches to promote safety, respect, and gender equity with all players. This guide is meant to provide examples and a framework for the development of your organization’s policies and procedures. Our previous work with the Minnesota State High School League, Arrowhead Youth Soccer Association, Winona Youth Soccer Association, and other sports organizations, has taught us that every organization is unique. We encourage you to work with us directly to tailor your approach to your specific community of coaches and players. Contact Men As Peacemakers at info@menaspeacemakers.org or 218-727-1939 to get started.

The FOUNDATION is currently at work on an educational tool to help survivors understand that they are not alone and to empower them with the strength to come forward and seek the help that is available. It is also designed to educate the general public as to the common warning signs of child sexual abuse. The FOUNDATION is also designing a health and wellness program using judo to help survivors achieve physical strength and fitness as well as the emotional strength and fitness that comes from increased self-confidence and mastery.

Nudge Program Tip Sheet
YMCA of Central Ohio
We as YMCA staff, members, community members and volunteers need to build on the work we’ve done and develop the three habits in child abuse prevention:
- We Know: when we understand the common practices of those who harm you and the best practices to stop them.
- We See: when we can recognize the warning signs or behaviors that signal abuse or risk for abuse.
- We Respond: when we take action in response to behaviors we recognize as being inappropriate or questionable.

Run Through Bullying Campaign
Arizona Cardinals & Stomp Out Bullying
Partnership includes engagement in My Cause, My Cleats where Cardinals running back David Johnson’s cleats told the story of his being bullied as a child and his work with STOMP OUT Bullying to help other kids going through the same experience. Running Back David Johnson also met with 80 students from Phoenix and Glendale after practice to begin his “Run Thru Bullying” campaign. Johnson, who told the kids his own story of being bullied, will spend the next six-to-eight weeks raising awareness for the issue.
